The development comprises of 42 units, consisting of 2 and 3 bedrooms units, that have been staggered and angled at 45 degrees on the site to maximise views and privacy. The units have large covered verandas and rooftops pools with entertainment spaces. The living spaces are open plan with all bedrooms having access to the views.
The natural material palette uses the volcanic rock from the area, raw timber, glass and off-shutter concrete.
