Located in the new Sibaya Signature Estate, this design maximises the 180-degree views of the Indian Ocean as well as views of the green belt to the North of the site.
Orientated to take full advantage of the Northern light and views the open plan design with a large double volume blurs the line between inside and out.
Due to the prevailing winds on the raised site we created two outdoor areas. The first is on the view side of the house boasting a 180 degree see view, sand pit and raised garden area. The second is in the courtyard with a second pool, bar and outdoor cinema area.
The house speaks to the architectural language of the estate with its natural materiality, floating lines and stepped façade.
