Positioned in Sibaya Signature Estate, this family home aims to take in as much of the surroundings as is possible. This meant the entertainment & living areas were placed on the top floor to maximise the
180-degree views of the Indian Ocean.
The house is arranged on three levels. The top level having the best views holds most of the living spaces; the open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge and outdoor spaces. The family lounge and bedroom spaces are on the mid-level hidden behind an adjustable timber screen with the garage, storage space, and guest room on the lower level.
The natural materiality, floating lines and stepped façade incorporated in this design speak to the architectural ethos of the estate.
