Modern, Contemporary, Sustainable. This was the architectural approach to Umhlanga House 12. Located in the Umhlanga suburbs, the aim was to maximizing the amazing views of the Indian Ocean while acknowledging and responding to the prevailing weather conditions. A raw material palette of timber, concrete and stone have been used to complement the natural beauty of the surrounding site.
