Set within Seaton Estate on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast, this contemporary residential dwelling is designed around a strong connection to its coastal setting. Clean horizontal forms and carefully positioned openings create a relaxed architectural language while framing views towards the surrounding landscape and ocean. Generous glazing and covered outdoor spaces allow the main living areas to extend naturally into the exterior, encouraging a seamless indoor-outdoor relationship. A restrained material palette complements the natural setting, while the open-plan arrangement creates a light, connected and functional family home.
